Friday bayan and Jumu'ah announcements
This week we remind ourselves that the best of people are those who are most beneficial to others. The khutbah will touch on patience in disagreement, keeping the masjid welcoming for newcomers, and small daily habits that strengthen brotherhood and sisterhood in the community. Please arrive early, switch phones to silent, and make space for elders and families. Jumu'ah prayer follows the khutbah at the announced time.

Pilgrims gather on the plains of ʿArafāt near Mecca, engaging in deep supplication and repentance. For non-pilgrims, fasting on this day is highly recommended and is believed to expiate sins of the previous and coming year.
