About SLLAM Islamic Centre
Sri Lanka Liverpool Association of Muslims — serving Liverpool since our community came together in faith.
Our Mission
Who we are and why we serve Liverpool's Muslim community.
SLLAM is a registered community organisation and Islamic centre for Muslims in Liverpool and Merseyside. We maintain a masjid space for congregational prayer, host Friday Jumu'ah, and run programmes that strengthen faith and brotherhood.
Our work follows the Qur'an and authentic Sunnah, with scholars and volunteers who give their time to teaching, outreach, and pastoral care. We welcome families from all backgrounds who share our values of worship, learning, and service.
We cooperate with other mosques and charities where appropriate, and we are committed to safeguarding, transparency in fundraising, and being good neighbours to everyone in Liverpool.
